Free yourself from the ordinary
The Personal Injury Commission of NSW (PIC) plays a vital role in resolving disputes for people navigating motor accident and workplace injury claims. Its Annual Review must communicate complex information with clarity, authority and sensitivity – supporting transparency while remaining accessible to a broad audience.
Bite was engaged to design and produce the 2024–2025 Annual Review, marking a shift in visual direction following updates to PIC’s branding in line with the NSW Government Masterbrand Framework.
This required a careful reworking of the publication’s design. Bite translated the updated brand into a clear and cohesive visual approach, refining typography, colour and layout to align with government standards while maintaining a contemporary, highly readable document.
Structured layouts and considered information hierarchy were central to the design. Infographics and graphic elements were used to distil complex data and highlight key insights, helping readers quickly understand PIC’s performance and outcomes without compromising detail or accuracy.
The result is a confident, accessible and well-resolved report that strengthens PIC’s communication with its audiences. Delivered across print and an accessibility-compliant PDF, it ensures the Commission’s work is presented clearly, professionally and in line with whole-of-government requirements.
