The Australian Passport Office (APO), a division of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, issues passports and travel documents to Australian citizens both domestically and internationally. 

As part of a project with the APO, Bite was tasked with redesigning passport and travel document application forms to enhance efficiency throughout the application process.

Bite analysed the existing forms, identified issues, and developed a strategy to consolidate multiple forms into streamlined single applications for all users. They also redesigned supplementary forms to align with the new style and created marketing materials for use in Australia Post offices, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
