The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (ACSQHC) is the national health care standards agency for all health services, general practices, pathology and medical imaging providers in Australia. The commission is part of the Health and Aged Care portfolio of the Commonwealth government.

In 2024 Bite was commissioned to produce the ACSQHC’s Annual Report.

While creating a different looking report from the previous year, the design was to be an evolution and not a complete departure from what had been produced previously. Referencing the ACSQHC’s corporate guidelines, Bite successfully produced a fresh and colourful B5 portrait Annual Report of 168 pages plus
four-page cover.

Following sign-off we prepared the file for print, as well as construction of an WCAG 2.2 level AA accessibility-compliant PDF file and an accessible Word doc file.

Bite achieved a very successful outcome, on schedule and well ahead of the critical tabling date.
