The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (ACSQHC) leads national work to improve the safety and quality of health care across Australia. Bite was commissioned to design and produce the Commission’s 2024–25 Annual Report, a major publication communicating the organisation’s programs, policy initiatives and leadership activities.

The 168-page report brought together a large volume of complex material, including narrative reporting, program highlights, charts, infographics and financial reporting. Bite developed the visual framework for the publication and managed the design and layout of the entire document, ensuring clarity and consistency across all sections.

Our approach focused on presenting complex information in a clear and accessible way. Structured layouts, consistent styling and carefully designed charts and infographics help readers navigate the report and quickly understand key information.

The final publication was produced for print, an accessibility-compliant web-ready PDF, and an accessible Word version, ensuring the report could be distributed across multiple formats while meeting accessibility requirements.
